Collagenases are proteolytic enzymes able to cleave peptide bonds in the triple helical collagen molecule. Collagenase is produced by two separate and distinct genes in Clostridium histolyticum: the colG gene codes for class I collagenase, the colH gene codes for class II collagenase. Starting from these genes we synthesize in E.Coli patented recombinant collagenases COL G (class I) and COL H (class II) in pure fraction, ensuring a strong competitive-edge in terms of :

Recombinant collagenase class I, chromatography purified. COL G is well suited for tissue dissociation procedures from isolation of pancreatic islets, to primary cell extraction from liver, pancreas, heart, cartilage, dermis, to stem cells extraction from adipose tissue and others. COL G in combination with Abielís COL H (collagenases class II) can enhance your cell extraction yield and viability in vitro and ex vivo.
